Handloom pure tussar silk benarasi saree, adorned with woven motifs in kadhwa techinique coupled with a striking gold zari border and palla in kadiyal style.
*Kadhwa is a craft that involves hand-picking of each extra weft individually to create the motifs, during the weaving process. In this technique, there are no loose threads at the back of the fabric. 
*Kadiyal technique helps to achieve borders and palla in colors that are in sharp contrast to that of the body, using multiple changes in warp and the weft shuttle.

Unsure about the purchase

Hi, the saree looks exactly like it’s in the picture. But I found the fabric to be quite light. It doesn’t have the weight of tussar and woven brocade.
